  • Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Data Protection Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

6. International Data Transfers

As we operate globally, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you without undue delay.

Where a type of processing, in particular using new technologies, is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will, prior to the processing, carry out an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing operations on the protection of personal data.
